Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Sprouse officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Hughes, James Long, Jimmy Hughes, Nathan Swofford, Joe Bell and Matthew Ashley.
The family is at the home.

Clifton Hughes, Jr., 78, of 207 Lake Street, widower of Virginia Bramlett Hughes, died Monday, August 9, 2010 at Hospice House.
Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Cliff and Lessie Bannister Pate Hughes. He was retired from Greenwood Mills, Durst Plant, and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a member of Rosemont Baptist Church, Waterloo.
Surviving are two daughters, Virginia Elaine Carruth and her husband, Ed, of Greenwood and Marcella Hughes of Bradley; a son, Clifton Terry Hughes and his wife, Jeannie, of Greenwood; two sisters, Grace Stone of Ware Shoals and Hazel Trevino of Belton; two brothers, Harold Hughes of Bowman, GA and Jimmy Hughes of Abbeville; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
