| Obituary: David Lowery, 65, of 1366 Troy West Road, husband of Shirley Wideman Lowery, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Rev and Mrs. E. B. Lowery. Mr. Lowery was self employed and attended Plum Branch Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a daughter, Kristi Lowery of New York, NY; two sons: Kevin Lowery of Candler, NC and Rusty Lowery of Myrtle Beach, SC; two sisters: Jean “Rupert” Guest of Spartanburg and Mary Ann Olin of Charleston; and two grandchildren.
The family is at their respective homes.
