Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marty Dorn and the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating. Burial will be in Oakbrook Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
The family is at the home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
| Obituary:
Jess R. Lipe, 115 Annette Way, husband of Nola Marie McClain Lipe, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at his home.
Born in York County, he was a son of the late Jesse and Rosie Lipe. He was retired from Greenwood Mills, Mathews Plant, where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving is his wife of the home; a son, Richard Jess Lipe of Chappells; a daughter, Angela Marie Flemming of Michigan; four sisters, Pansy Ayers and Katie Osborne, both of Fort Mill, Edna Ruzi of York and Desi Baker of California; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruthie Yvonne Poland; two great grandchildren; sixteen sisters and two brothers.
