| Daniel & Brenda Tessener, South Carolina |
| Susan, Dale, Chase & Family,
May the Lord comfort you that mourn, give unto you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that you might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.
We are praying for y'all as you walk through this path that the Lord has placed you on. He will not lead you to it, unless He will lead you through it. May you seek Him out in your hours of need.
Call on us if you should need anything.
Love in Christ,
Daniel, Brenda, & Jennifer |

| Eric Williams, South Carolina |
| Kittles family:
I heard Lauren speak last month at Epworth Camp Meeting about her illness, her love for her family and her incredible faith in God. She spoke so eloquently and she touched my spirit with her testimony and her zest for living. I especially remember her saying to look at each day as God's gift, love life and live it to the fullest.
We don't know why God called Lauren at such an early time in her life but it's obvious tha He used her story to touch many in our community including my family. Although we didn't have the privilege of meeting her she was a very special young woman with a deep faith in Christ.
May God bless, comfort and keep you all during this difficult time.
Sincerely in Christ,
Eric Williams |

I pray that the Lord will give you comfort in your time of grief. He sent his Angel Lauren here to make a difference in this world and she did. | To the Kittles Family
We wonder why our young ones often leave before we do. It goes completely against our nature for them to go so soon. But, they do. I have watched Lauren's struggle since it began and have been praying for all of you. From another parent who has also buried her precious daughter, my heart goes out to each one of you. There are no words I can say, no action I can do that will make it easier for you. But, I can say this truthfully, when you feel your darkest hours are upon you...praise God. It's is the hardest thing to do but it also helps. Please feel free to contact me if I can help. You are still in my prayers. My beautiful daughter, Tiffanny Ravencraft was there to welcome Lauren home. God bless you.

She had a beautiful spirit and attitude and touched the lives of so many. She will be missed more than words can say. I pray we will all see her again in our Father's house where there is no weeping or crying, but joy and peace everlasting. |

| It was our meeting for team assignments at Rec. League softball and what I noticed about this spirited beautiful girl from the first day we was her love for life, her drive for living. She was a joy and put her all 100% into whatever she was doing at practice. It was my daughter's first season and they became good friends. They went to the same school, joined gymnastics where they both competed and I at one point assisted the coaches. When I would come in some days during her practice she would run over and give me a big hug and tell me how she was doing and what new skill she was working on or had just accomplished. I remember when she would have days she didn't feel so good. She'd tell me "I'm not feeling too good today but I'm okay, gotta go practice now, watch me!" You couldn't help but enjoy being around Lauren. No matter when or where I saw her, no matter how long it had been since we'd last seen each other... She was always the same Lauren I met and grew to know years ago. She was just as endearing, just as beautiful, caring and mannered as day one and still committing herself 100% to whatever she was doing. From the first time I saw her until the last day I saw her, she was 100% Lauren Kittles.
In a world where people can be so "sometimey". Sometimes they know you, sometimes they don't, sometimes they'll talk to you, sometimes they won't, sometimes they like you, sometimes they don't... That is something I never experienced with Lauren. I have only great memories of her, even during her illness whenever I saw her I think she was more a comfort to me than I was to her. I know she had times when she was tired and her spirits were down but she was not defeated and she would ralley back like the the bright eyed, determined Lauren I know would. There's a slang phrase that a lot of teens and young adults use, "KEEP IT 100". Well for me, Lauren did just that. 100% effort, 100% real and that is what her memory will motivate me to do also. |

| dale,susan and family,
what blessing lauren was to everyone that knew her. we will always remember her as the spunky, happy little girl that always had a smile.
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever." - Psalm 23

| You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,or you can open your eyes and see all she's left.Your heart can be empty because you can't see her,or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her only that she is gone,or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back.Or you can do what she'd want:smile, open your eyes, love and go on. R-I-P Lauren. You are in heaven now with NO PAIN |

| I remember the first day I met Lauren. She was such a breath of fresh air. She told me about all of her school activities, her favorite games on the computer, what she wanted to major in when college time came. She won my heart that day. I remember the day she lost her cell phone. She was so diligent in trying to remember what she had done with it. I remember the day Susan told me that Lauren had been having an unusual pain in her back. I could feel the deep concern in Susan's voice, and a sadness came over me as I promised that I would pray for her. I will remember this beautiful, vibrant, young girl with the courage of a lion, the heart of a warrior, and the spirit of a spring morning as long as I live. Thank you so much, Kittles family, for sharing the life of your wonderful daughter with all of us. I will continue in prayer for all of you as you travel this unwanted journey. I know God will truly bless you, and go with you to the end when you will see her once again.
With deep love for each of you,
Sandra McGuire |

She hurt too much. She neither struggles nor hurts now, or forever more. The greatest promise in Scripture is that death is not the end, but rather, the beginning. Keep walking in faith, and you will be reunited for eternity. |

| To all of the Kittles family, When I read in the newspaper today of lauren's death it made me cry. I did not know her, only through the articles in the newspaper. Saturday as I went to town they were taking up money for her on the bypass. I ask the girl who they were taking the money for. She told me and I gave. As I came back by later, the Lord laid it upon my heart to give more, so I stopped and gave the girl more money. I have had cancer before and have lost both of my parents within the last four years to the horrible disease. I know what you are going through and my prayers are with you all. Just remember she was an angel on earth, but God needed another precious one in heaven. REMEMBER - GOD ONLY TAKES THE BEST!!!

| To the Kittles family,
I learned of your daughter through a link on Bradley Brock's site, a local teenager here in Tennessee fighting cancer. I didn't learn of your daughter until the morning of the day that she passed. With only knowing of her for only a few short hours I cannot tell you how touched I was. I have continued to read your posts and shed many tears. With having a 9 yr daughter of my own, I have hugged her more, held her tight just a little longer, and took time to listen instead of hearing mom, mom, mom! in the background. It's so easy to get "caught up" in every day activities and just the traumatic circumstances that you all have went through ad with the sharing of her your daughter's story has made me a better person and most of all a better mom. I am praying for healing of your broken hearts and thank you for sharing your precious daughter with all of us.

| I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I have heard so many good things about Lauren. Her strength was a testimony of her faith in God. My daughter was a friend of Lauren's and visited her recently at the Hospice House. She said her funeral service yesterday was beautiful and very touching. May God comfort you in your time of sorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. |
