Services:
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ninety Six Church of God with the Rev. Ronald Chavis and the Rev. Bobby Davis officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Russell Balchin, Brian Leopard, Lee Smith, Burl Davis, Jermey Davis, James Alexander and Tolbert McCarthy. Memorials may be made to Ninety Six Church of God, PO Box 297, Ninety Six, SC 29666; HospiceCare of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646 or to the Olivia Alexander Fund at any Park Sterling Bank location.
Visitation:
The family will receive friends at Harley Funeral Home on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. The family is at the home, 204 Saluda Street, Ninety Six.
Obituary:
Olivia L. Alexander, 34, of 204 Saluda Street, Ninety Six, died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at her home. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of Linda Griffin Alexander Zualet and James Loyd Alexander. She was a 1996 graduate of Ninety Six High School and was a member of Ninety Six Church of God, where she sang in the choir. Surviving is her mother of the home; her father of Ninety Six; her sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Jeff Lewis; her brother and sister-in-law, Brian J. and April Alexander; grandmother, Doris Smith Griffin DeNardi; nephews, Christopher “Dillon” Lee, Charles James “C.J.” Lewis, Tillman Allen, Wyatt Pickens and Steven “Cruze” Kennemore and nieces, Elizabeth Crawford and Chloe Kennemore, all of Ninety Six. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Cecil and Lurene Barrett Alexander and Horace Griffin.
