| Visitation: The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. The body will be placed in the church at 12 noon on Thursday.
| Obituary: Teressa L. Wincey, 70, of 107 Morgan Avenue, widow of Charles William “Bill” Wincey, Jr., died Monday, March 8, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital, Greenville.
Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Ruby Farmer Watkins. She was a retired security guard and was a veteran of the US Army, serving in W.A.C. She was a member of Greenwood Wesleyan Church, where she taught Sunday school.
Surviving is her son, Danny Watkins and his wife, Teresa, of Ware Shoals; grandchildren, Jessica Ardis and Dustin Alsbrooks and two great grandchildren, Kimberly Ardis and Kristopher Ardis, all of the home; two sisters, Jackie Beacham of Greenwood and Mary Jane Brock of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Jean McKinney.
