Arkie Magdeline Stewart Cogdill, 79, of Lowell Avenue, widow of Charles Frank Cogdill, died Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood, she was the daughter of the late Gambrell William Stewart and Margert Brown Stewart. Arkie retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of Durst Avenue Church of God.

She was preceded in death by three children, Dianne Cogdill, Allen Cogdill and Lonnie Cogdill; and two brothers, Willie Stewart and Billy Stewart.

Surviving are a daughter, Carleen Cogdill Crabtree; a brother, Robert Stewart (Earlene); twelve grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

Services will be held a 2 pm on Monday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kris Kilgore officiating.

The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 1-2 pm.
