James Brantley Davis, 16, of Ninety Six, South Carolina, who left this world too soon, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Born on February 18, 2008, in Greenwood, South Carolina, to Mama and Daddy, Hope Norris Davis and William Brown and father, Brandon Davis. Brantley was a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend whose spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew him.
Brantley was a very special loving little boy that always wanted to be held and hugged no matter how old he was. He had a special way of bringing happiness to his family – a warm smile that would light up even the cloudiest of days. He found joy in the simplest of things—whether it was the soothing sounds of music, the warmth of the beach, riding the golf cart or the laughter that followed his favorite shows, "Bluey" and "Mickey." His family, who adored him unconditionally, was everything to him. They shared a special bond that was invincible. Brantley was a proud Mama's boy, always bringing smiles and laughter to those around him. He loved music deeply; his face would light up with delight whenever his mama and Nana would sing to him, filling their home with love and warmth. In the quiet hours of the night, he found comfort and security in his special blanket and beloved stuffed animal, a testament to his gentle and loving soul. He also liked watching Easton play video games. When he was able to, he attended Greenwood Miracle League.
Brantley was a true blessing and miracle. He fought a very hard tough battle from Autism, Intellectual Disability to Epilepsy and lots more during his sickness that led to complications of ECMO.
