Stephen Larry Sheets, 67, of 222 Creswell Avenue East, husband of Gean Kinkaid Sheets, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Parsons, WV, he was a son of William Harold Sheets and the late Mildred Ruth Fansler Sheets. He received his Master�s degree in safety from West Virginia University. He was employed as a safety supervisor by FujiFilm, Grammar of Greenville and Komatsu of Newberry and was a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Surviving are his wife, Gean; his father and stepmother, William Harold and Virginia Sheets, of Parsons, WV; a daughter, Ruth (James) Pearman of Erie, CO; three sons, John (Deb) Sheets of Blaine, MN, Jacob (Susan) Sheets of Greenwood, SC and Matthew (Ashley) Sheets of Goose Creek, SC; a sister, Susan (Randy) Currey of Rivesville, WV; seven grandchildren, Kayt Sheets, Eric Hiller, Valerie Cooper, Tori Cooper, Adam Jacob Sheets, Mark William Sheets and Luke Stephen Sheets.
