Albert Lee Calliham, 76, of Greenwood, widower of Pamela Johnette Ruley Calliham, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Albert Rhett Calliham and Alice Aline Crawford Calliham. Albert was a proud Army veteran who served his country in the Vietnam War. He was a skilled woodworker that found joy in building and working on all kinds of unique things including guitars that he happily played. Albert enjoyed golfing and a good Clemson Tiger game. He never met a stranger, effortlessly made connections with everyone he encountered and cherished his role as a loving father and grandfather, leaving behind countless precious memories for his family to treasure. Albert formerly attended Emerald Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Calliham.
Surviving are his children, Albert Lee Calliham, Jr., Beth Cannon, James Rhett Calliham, Ashlyn Calliham, Ashley Heavner and Michael "Mike" Lewis; a brother, Melvin Calliham (Cathie); and two grandchildren, Cason Calliham and Kaylee Calliham.
Services will be held 11:30 am on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 10-11:30am.
The family is at the home, 134 Seminole Drive.
