Obituary
Alan Congleton, Sr., 65, of 102 Butler Circle, Ninety Six, widower of Diane Congleton, died Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Self Regional HealthCare.
Born in Passaic, NJ, he was a son of the late Warren Congleton and Edna Vreelend Frields Congleton. He was employed by Rhinehardt Paving.
Surviving are his children, Alan Congleton, Jr. (Tracy Fuller) of Ninety Six, Diane Congleton, Tanya Congleton, Harveys Lake, PA and Aaron Congleton, of Bloomfield NJ ; sisters, Marilyn Freilds Wehnert, Edna Mae Congleton Nick, Debra Congleton Baily, and Gay Congleton Longo; brothers, William Frields, Jr., Robert Frields, Bruce Frields, Warren Congleton, Jr., and Phillip Congleton; grandchildren, Molly Congleton, Brandy Congleton, Monica Congleton, Christine McCroy, Michael McCroy, Erika Sutton, and Dusty McCroy; great grandchildren, Annabella McCroy, Harley Sutton, Zachary McCroy, Amelia Congleton, and Alicia Locklear; and a special step granddaughter, Ashley Hawkins.
He was predeceased in death by a brother, Frank Congleton.
There are no services planned at this time.
The family is at the home.
