Albert W. Davenport, Jr. 73, of 222 Virginia Avenue, husband of Linda Foster Davenport, died Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at his home. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Ruth Goodman Davenport. Albert was a HVAC Technician and had been employed by Town and Country Real Estate. Surviving are his wife of the home; daughters, Jan Dodgen (Ray), Michelle Weeks (Larry), Tracy Rowland (Terry) and Neece Nickles (Tommy); honorary daughter, Kelly Montgomery (Jack); a sister, Emma Jean Hull; seven grandchildren, Rachel O�Dell, Justin Gurney, Samantha Gurney, Chandler Cooper, Caitlin Nickles, Alex Turner, and Cole Cooper; four great grandchildren, Raven, Eathan, Kylee, and Jayden O�Dell. He was preceded in death by a son, Keith Davenport. Honorary escort will be his group of friends from Brewski Brothers and members of the Greenwood Motorcycle Club.
