Kathleen Amber Reeves, 44, of 988 Ridgewood Harbor Road, Waterloo, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022.

Born in Lancaster, CA, she was the daughter of Kathleen McNulty Rice and Steve Rice. Kathleen loved spending time with her family and making them happy. She was always ready to take on a challenge and find a solution to all problems.

She is survived by her parents, Kathleen and Steve Rice; father, James William Reeves; brothers, William Reeves (Ashley), Thomas Reeves (Tara), and Neil Rice (Amanda); niece, Natalie Reeves; nephews, Blake Reeves, Jake Reeves, Bradley Reeves, Derrick Reeves, and Kyler Rice; and her cat, Waffles.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Richardson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
