Andrea Harris Cabe, born on March 4, 1977, in Greenwood, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont on May 15, 2026.

Andrea was a dedicated child caregiver, pouring her heart and compassion into the lives of the children she nurtured. She embraced life with a spirit of love and generosity that extended far beyond her immediate family.

Andrea was deeply passionate about her family, and her commitment to them was unwavering. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Cabe; her daughter, Abigail Cabe (Cameron); her step-son Kaleb Cabe (Karrigan); her step-daughter Julia Cabe; her parents, George and Cindy Harris; her sister, Genevieve Harris; her brother, Jacob Harris (Beth); and her beloved grandchildren, Beckam Cabe, Addison Cabe, Drayton Cabe, Teagan Free, Will Pardue Jr., and Mathieu Pretot; and 4 nieces and 3 nephews.

Andrea had an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel welcomed and loved. If you became her friend, you became her family as well. Known for her compassionate heart, Andrea was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her spirit of kindness inspired those fortunate enough to know her. She treasured moments spent playing with her grandchildren and creating beautiful memories with her family and friends. Andrea's laughter and warmth will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of everyone she touched.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. R.T. Bowling, Rev. Steve Keck, and Rev. Byron Wood officiating. The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 pm.
