Angela Cannon Gambrell, 57, of 1313 Old Abbeville Highway, widow of David Mark Gambrell, died February 28, 2018 from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of Scarlette McGuire and the late Bobby Gene Cannon. She received her Associate Degree from Piedmont Technical College and was employed by Eaton. She was a member of i3 Church.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Greenwood are her step daughter, Amy Gambrell; two sisters, Teresa Laurette Cannon-Smith (Michael) of Memphis, TN. and Sherry Anderson Smith (Tommy) of Greenwood; three brothers, Jerry Williams (Jennifer) of Memphis, TN., Rev. Shawn Williams (Christy), and Robbie Cannon, both of Greenwood; three cousins, Kim Freeman, Tina Johnson, and Bob Smith; and seven nieces and nephews, Sethe Williams, Sadie Williams, Isabella Williams, Savannah Williams, Ada Grace Williams, Joshua Williams, and John Williams.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Nathan Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park.
Pallbearers with be Michael Smith. Bob Smith, Tyler Johnson, Chris Watts, Bob Irwin, III, and Tim Wilbanks.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
