Annette Frances Ruckman Thorp, 83, of 206 Dry Branch Court, died Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.

Born in Toleda, OH, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary Parsil Ruckman. She retired from Thyssen – Krupp Elevator Company and was a member of Grace Community Church.

Surviving are her sister, Kathryn Spry of Greenwood and three nephews, Fred Hoffman of Oak Harbor, OH, David Welch (Dawn) of Jefferson, SD, and Michael Welch (Stella).

She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Jeanne Roberts.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rod Schultz officiating.
