Annie Beasley Powell, 95, of 307 Draper Street, widow of James P. �Jim� Powell, died Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Magnolia Manor. Born in Bradley, she was a daughter of the late Milledge and Addie Roberts Beasley. She was a member of Lupo Memorial United Methodist Church. Surviving is her daughter, Doris Langley and her husband, Ed; her son, James Powell and his wife, Carol, and a sister, Dorothy Porter and her husband, J. C., all of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Mike Powell and his wife, Ruth, Sandra Vickery and her husband, Dale, Karen Devore and her husband, Terry and Steve Langley and his wife, Tammy; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sarah Bryant and Louvenia Edwards and three brothers, Milledge Beasley, Jr., Joe Beasley and Claude Beasley.
