Annie Gillion Pressley, 77, of 218 Breazeale Road, widow of Marvin David Pressley, went to heaven to be with her beloved husband of 62 years, on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Born in Greenwood, she was the daughter of the late Eulus and Ruth Johnson Gillion. Annie retired from Solutia and was a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Sidney Qualls. Surviving are two daughters, Connie (Mahlon) Knight of McCaysville, GA and Judy Qualls of Ware Shoals; two brothers, Leroy Gillion of Ninety Six and Harvey (Sandra) Gillion of Greenwood; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Micheal Combs, Sean Combs, Stevie Pressley, Michael Pressley, Adam Pressley and Eric Pressley. Honorary escort will be Scotty Simpson. The family is at the home.
