Barbara June Henry Armstrong, 75, of 724 Wilson Bridge Road, widow of Robert S. Armstrong, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Born in Cookeville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Glen Austin Henry and Beula Thelma Miller Henry. Barbara June was a house wife and attended St. Paul United Methodist Church. She loved gardening and flowers along with spending time with her family. Surviving are a daughter, Lorrie Hough (Chris) of Greenwood; two sons, Robert Armstrong Jr. (Toni) and Al Armstrong (Gina) both of Ninety Six; two sisters, Brenda Johnson (Bill) and Ann Lancaster, both of Ada, OK; a brother, David Henry (Kathy) of Shawnee, OK; three grandchildren, Nikki Simmons (Cody), Kristin Metts (Nathan) and Jacob Armstrong; and four great grandchildren, Hunter and Kade Simmons and Carson Lee Metts and McKenzie Metts. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Henry. The family is at the home.
