Barbara Henry's Obituary
Barbara Walden Henry, 57 of 3907 Harless St., Greenwood, died on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Hospice House.
Born in Alabama, she was a daughter of Shirley Crumbley Walden and the late Frank Walden. Barbara worked for Eaton Cooper Power Systems and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce McClam.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Augusta, are a son, Josh Henry of the home; a daughter, Melissa Evans (Eric) of Greenwood; two brothers, David Walden (Pat) of Greenwood and Marion Gilchrist of Ninety Six; three sisters, Debra Coleman of North Augusta, Vicky Rodgers of Abbeville and Terry Hastings of Ninety Six; and two grandchildren, Logan and Landon Evans both of Greenwood.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kevin Hembree officiating along with Maddie Quarles speaking.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1 to 2 pm.
Memorials may be sent to Hospice House, 408 West Alexander Ave., Greenwood, SC 29646.
