Barbara Morgan Rodgers, 77, of 1223 Browntown Road, Troy, widow of Lt. Col. Ret. Charles H. Rodgers, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the Presbyterian Home in Clinton. Born in Columbus, OH, she was a daughter of the late Arthur D. and LeVina Cline Morgan. She was a graduate of Fort Knox High School of Kentucky and received her B.S. degree in Education from Western Kentucky University and had earned 18 hours towards her Master�s degree. She taught on military bases where her husband was stationed throughout his career in the US Army and was a member of Bold Spring Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Charla R. Brothers and her husband, George Barry Brothers, and Valerie Rodgers, all of Greenwood; a sister, Arthea Morgan Hunt of Radcliff, KY and two grandchildren, Alene C. Brothers and Joemy C. Brothers, both of Greenwood. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lee Clair Rodgers and a sister, Marjalee M. Minter.
