Barney Wayne Davis, Jr., 66, of 2001 East Scotch Cross Road, beloved husband of Joyce Evelyn Sanders Davis, died Monday, February 4, 2013 at the home. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Martha Hudson Davis and Barney Wayne Davis, Sr. Barney was a machinist at Midland Ross, Grimes Division. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of Providence Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, Rayford Davis. Surviving is his wife; three sons, Richard Davis and his wife, Rene�, of Ninety Six, Jeffrey Davis and his wife, Amy, of Winston-Salem, NC and Schanen Davis and his wife, Donna, of Winnsboro, SC; five grandchildren, Scott and Ryan Davis of Greenwood, Noah Davis of Winston-Salem, Kirk and Andy Davis of Winnsboro; and five great grandsons.
