Barry Keith Sims, 70, of 206 Sid Lee Road, husband of Mary Thompson Sims, died Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Abbeville, he was a son of Kittie Mae Howard Sims Hawkins and the late Clifton Earl Sims. He retired from Greenwood Mills, Mathews Plant and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is his wife of the home; his mother of Hodges; two daughters, Teresa Coffey of Greenwood and Sonya Goff of Waterloo; two sons, Ricky Sims of Waterloo and Earl Sims and his fianc�, Delores, of Greenwood; a sister, Bobbie Townsend and her husband, Robert, of Hodges; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
