Rebecca "Becky" Tullis, 58, wife of Fred Tullis, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024.
Born in Elberton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Amos Parten and Patricia Smith. Becky, a dedicated homemaker, found joy in caring for her family. Her devotion was unwavering, especially evident in her love for her husband of 28 years. Becky enjoyed watching her television shows, among which "Law & Order" was a favorite. She also had a profound love for her pets, Snowflake, Willie, Ladybug and Zoey, who brought her endless comfort and companionship.
In reflection on Becky's life, we remember her warmth, compassion and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy will endure through the countless lives she touched with her kindness.
In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by a brother, Wesley Parten.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; her sons, Kenneth Morris (Lauren), Chris Tullis (Tabatha) and John Tullis; her daughter, Crystal McDougal (Leah); brother, Jeffrey Parten and 21 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Tullis officiating. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
