Betty Jean Taylor Walker, 74, of 229 Lakeshore Drive, wife of Don Walker, died Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Hospice House. Born in Madison County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Ruth Russum Taylor. She was retired from Monsanto/Solutia. Surviving is her husband of the home; a son, Richard Gambrell (Beth) of Six Mile; daughter-in-law, Angie Gambrell of Greenwood; grandchildren, Douglas Gambrell and Amy Leigh Gambrell and great grandchildren, Cameron and Blake Davis. She was preceded in death by a son, David Gambrell and sisters, Doris McClain and Irene McKinney. Pallbearers will be Douglas Gambrell, Jerry Whiten, Keith Whiten, Steve Cater, Bryce Cater, Barrett Davenport and Dale Jones.
