Billie Jean Clark Crouch, 84, of 1523 Catfish Cove Road, Waterloo, widow of Franklin Delano Crouch, died Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her home.

Born in Gaffney, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Carroll and Bessie Lee Price Clark. She was retired from Monsanto and was a member of Waterloo United Methodist Church.

She was first married to the late John W. Riser.

Surviving are her daughters, Janice Riser Miller (Bruce) of Waterloo, Gayle Y. Ostrowski (Danny) and Joye L. Ellison (Chad), both of Ninety Six and Tara D. Watt (Brian) of Anderson; her son, Anthony Crouch (Lisa) of Greenwood; sisters, Frances Sabens (George) of Upatoi, GA and Vivian Hiller (Richard) of Gray Court; brother, Orien Clark (Laverne) of Clinton; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
