Billy Floyd Fulmer, 66, of 4153 Whitmire Highway, Clinton, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Hospice House, Greenwood following a brief illness. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Floyd C. and Jewel Padgett Fulmer. He was a truck driver for Milliken Corp. and was named Milliken�s 2012 Truck Driver of the Year. Survivors include his parents of Greenwood; his son, Jody Fulmer of Woodruff; his daughter, Regina Jewel Williams (Travis) of Ninety Six; his sister, Jeanette Agner (Bobby) of Ninety Six; his granddaughter, Jessica Fulmer, and his grandson, Blade Anthony, both of Clinton; his fianc�e, Teresa Waldrop of Marietta; a nephew, a niece and a number of great nieces and great nephews.
