George Robert "Bobby" Scott, 88, of Waterloo, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at his home.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late George W. and Lillie Cockrell Scott. Bobby was a U. S. Air Force veteran and a retired carpenter. He attended Waterloo Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Elaine LaFountain; four sisters; and three brothers.
Surviving are his children, Robin S. Bell, Charles R. Scott, both of Greenwood and Lillie S. Owings of Waterloo; a sister Nancy Davis of Greenwood; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services with will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jeff Lethco officiating.
