Brenda Gail Gillion Hughes, 67, of 521 Hollingsworth Road, Ninety Six, wife of William Hughes, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Rock Hill, she was a daughter of Inez Williams Chandler and the late Curtis Gillion. She was retired from Kemet and was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by her husband of the home; her mother of Ninety Six; her daughters, Linda Anderson (Jessie) of Whitmire, Lissa Williamson (James) of Bradley and Marie Hughes of Ware Shoals; two sisters, Nancy Silcox of Greenwood and Joyce Summerow of Clinton and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family is at the home of her sister, Nancy Silcox, 214 Norris Road.
