Brenda Marie Cook Nix, 62, of Ninety Six, widow of Jeff Nix, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Tincey Cook and Joyce Harvley Cook. Brenda was an animal lover of all types, a plant lover and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Gallman (Phillip Vaughn); son, Michael Medlock (Tosha Moody); sister, Donna Alexander; grandchildren, Elijah Medlock, Matthew Medlock, and Trenton Medlock; and great grandson, Russell Medlock.

The family will receive friends at Harley Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
