Brent Earl Hollingsworth, 51, of Fountain Inn, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024.

Born on October 2, 1972, in Greenwood, he was a son of Judy Dukes Hollingsworth and the late Earnest Hank Hollingsworth. Brent was a simple man who dedicated himself to hard work at Aalberts Surface Technologies. He never missed a day's work and was known for his strong work ethic. Brent also known as "Hollywood" found joy in the simple things in life, enjoying playing pool and spending time at the racetrack. He cherished moments spent with his family and was affectionately known as "Pappy".

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Timothy Hollingsworth, Phillip Heath Hollingsworth and Chad Hollingsworth.

Surviving are his children, Tyler Hollingsworth (Kelsey), Austin Hollingsworth and Kaleb Hollingsworth; brother, Jason Hollingsworth; and grandson, Brantley "Boo"; special cousins, Jeff Lewis and Dupree Lewis; and his dog, Gizmo.

A celebration of life will be held graveside at 1pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Honorary escort will be Tyler Hollingsworth, Austin Hollingsworth, Kaleb Hollingsworth, Jeff Lewis, Mickey Funderburk, Brantley Hollingsworth and Dupree Lewis.
