John S. "Bubba " Jones, 46, of 607 Clem Road, died Monday, March 30, 2009 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Kingsport, TN, he was a son of J. E. �Buck� Jones, Jr. and Patricia Williams Jones. He was a 1981 graduate of Greenwood High School and was a sales associate in the sporting goods department with Wal-Mart. Bubba was an avid sportsman, hunter and fisherman, a member of Phi Kappa Phi, attended St. Mark United Methodist Church and was an organ donor. Surviving are his parents of the home; a daughter, Anna-Blythe Jones of Charleston; a sister, Julianna Smith of Greenwood; a brother, J. Rees Jones and his wife, Lea, of Greenwood; five nephews, Garrett Jones, Brady Jones, Trent Jones, Griffin Smith and Peyton Smith and an aunt and uncle, John and Patricia Williams of Cynthiana, KY.
