Boyce W. �Buddy� Wiles, Jr., 70, resident of Hodges, husband of Elsie �Dixie� Martin Wiles, died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Emory University Midtown, Atlanta, GA. Born June 15, 1938, he was the son of the late Boyce and Helen Rast Wiles. �Preacher Buddy�, as he was known to many, held a Doctor of Theology degree and pastored churches in South Carolina and Tennessee for over forty years. Surviving is his wife of 51 years; three sons, Martin W. Wiles and his wife, Michelle, and Jeffrey W. Wiles and his wife, Kristi, all of Hodges, Wesley C. Wiles of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren, Chrissy Wiles of Greenwood, Ethan Wiles of Iva, Emily Wiles, Daniel Wiles and Carson Wiles, all of Hodges, Kyla Wiles and Rebekah Wiles, both of Rock Hill; a sister, Brenda Addison and her husband, Robert, of North and a number of nieces and nephews.
