Carl Bell, 93, formerly of Greenwood, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Loudon Health Care Center, Loudon, TN. Born in Oconee County, he was a son of the late James and Mertie Durham Bell. He was a retired barber in Greenwood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, J. C. Bell and Calvin Bell and a sister, Christine Bell. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Pat Baker of Loudon, TN and Bert and Terry Baker of New Jersey; grandchildren, Bill Baker, Jr. and wife, Shawn, and John Baker of Loudon, Mary Jane Baker and Michael Baker of New Jersey; five great grandchildren; sisters, Bethel Lenius and husband, Gene, of Piedmont and Thelma Morrison of Central; brothers, Jess Bell and Rev. Charles Bell and wife, Carolyn, of Piedmont, James Bell and wife, Gloria, of Iva; nieces and nephews.
