Carl Franklin Bray, 75, of 204 Holiday Rd., McCormick, SC, died on his birthday Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Petra Health and Rehab. Born in Greensboro, GA, he was the son of the late Eddie Wah Bray and Woodie Mae Christopher Bray and the husband of the late Mildred Bray. Mr. Bray retired from Greenwood Mills, Mathews Plant and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving are a daughter, Renee and her husband Tony Adams of Greenwood; five sisters, Joan Reid of Greenwood; Sue Crawford of Ninety Six; Shirley Williams of Greenwood; Rae Lucas of Hodges; Janice and her husband David Mooney of Greenwood; and two grandchildren Kristen and Austin Adams . Graveside services will be at 11 am on Tuesday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Dr. Ted Williams officiating. The family will be at the home of his sister, Joan Reid, 132 Valley Road, Greenwood.
