Carolyn Shirey Crow, 62, of 415 Bolt Avenue, widow of David Crow, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Glenmore and Gwendalyn Collie Shirey. She retired from the Department of Corrections and was of the Pentecostal faith. Surviving are a son, Christopher Long (Sepricia) of Columbia; four sisters, Mae Potter of Prosperity, Sandra Roach (Alvin) of Columbia, Thelma Howdeshell (Russell) of Columbia, and Patricia Coleman (David) of Crosshill; three grandchildren, Audreanna Diamond, Saquoia Harris, and Reyce Long, all of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wade Shirey. The family is at the home.
