Cecil Massey West, 99, of 426 East Sproles Avenue, widow of William Leonard West, died Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Saluda County, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Carrie Bedenbaugh Massey. She retired from Greenwood Mills, Mathews Plant. Mrs. West was a member of the Sunshine Club and a member of South Greenwood Pentecostal Holiness Church where she was in the Elizabeth Shannon Sunday School Class. Surviving are a brother, Henry Massey of Greenwood; three nieces and a number of nephews. Pallbearers will be Earlie Gunnells, Mike Massey, Darrell Monroe, Tim Hinton, Steve Duncan and John Lindley.
