Chance Atlas Ezekiel Jones, 19 month old son of Ronnie Carlos Jones and Crystal Lashunda Rapp, died Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Self Regional Medical Center.

From his beautiful smile to his infectious laugh, Chance brought joy to his family every day. His love for dance was unmatched, and he had a special way of making those around him feel loved with sweet hugs, kisses, and high fives, especially to his mom and dad. Chance enjoyed being read to and had a penchant for music; his favorite song, "Wheels on the Bus," or his favorite show, "Caillou" never failed to spark his enthusiasm. He loved playing with his brothers and sister and was known for being a smart and strong little guy.

Chance is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Crystal; his sister, Zoria Rapp; his brothers, Demarion Rapp, Jordan Rapp and Cayden Jones; grandparents, Willie and Linda Talbert, Marvin Rapp, Sheila Clark (Tommy Marshall), Ronnie and Josie Jones; great grandparents, Orabell and Effort Clark; aunt, Shayla Rapp, who was also his Godmother, and Kabriana Washington (Damien); uncles, Cameron Settles and Mantavis Sims (Ariana); niece, Ny'Alie Rapp; nephew, Za'Khari Rapp; his very best friend, Katelyn, and many other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Jannie Ruth Rapp.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Emanuel Spearman officiating. Burial will be in Evening Star Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cameron Settles and Mantavis Sims.
Flowersbearers will be relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m.

The family is at the home, 1018 Northlake Drive, Greenwood.
