Charhill Cefre Lazo, 59, of 116 Cheekwood Road, husband of Mariaelsa Orel Lazo died Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Bolinao, Philippines, he was a son of the late Norberto and Priscilla Cefre Lazo. Charhill retired from the United States Navy having served during Vietnam and Operation Desert Storm. He was a member of the Masonic Temple in Virginia and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are two children; Jill Toquero and Cheryl Lazo; two sisters, Espenita Catabay and Renelda Raposas; six brothers, Ulysses Lazo, Leoveriano Lazo, Robert Lazo, Desiderio Lazo, Mario Lazo and Cornelio Lazo; and a grandson, Giovanni Clemente. The family is at the home.
