Charles Wayne Jenkins, 37, of 218 Lakeshore Drive died Saturday, May 08, 2010. Born in Irvin, TX, he was a son of Alan Jenkins and Carolyn Housewright Jenkins. Wayne was an electrician. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alicia Michelle Jenkins. Surviving is his mother of the home; his father of Waterloo; two sons, Kenneth Wayne Jenkins and Kevin Alan Jenkins, both of Greenwood; a daughter, Victoria Paige Jenkins of Laurens; two sisters, Michelle Jenkins of Greenwood and Susan Carol Gilmer of Greenville; and a brother, Wesley Alan Jenkins of Greenwood. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Knight, Bob Becktold, Spencer Reeds, Dale Hamby, Joshua Owings and Jeremiah Owings Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 1741, Greenwood, SC 29648.
