Charles Everett Kingsmore, 90, of Greenwood, beloved husband of Corine McBride Kingsmore, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
Born in Union County, SC, he was a son of the late Carey W. Kingsmore and Ella Farmer Kingsmore. Charles worked for Greenwood Mills Durst Plant for 36 years where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was the co-owner of Kingsmore & Blizzard and a member of Trinity Baptist Tabernacle.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family and was preceded in death by a son, Larry Dean Kingsmore; son-in-law, Dean Shook and granddaughter-in-law, Katie Shook.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 71 years are his daughters, Karen Davis (Ken) and Charlene Fanning (Dean); daughter-in-law, Wanda Kingsmore; grandchildren, Jonathan Shook (Rebecca), Chad Shook (Halie), Amy McWhorter (Randy) and Kelley Deloach (Roy); eleven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and business partner and special friend, Robert Blizzard..
Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Tabernacle. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends before the service at the church from 10-11am.
