Charles Wesley Stockman, 87, of 1501 Briarwood Road, widower of Sue Elizabeth Ferguson Stockman, died Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home, Anderson. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Ernest Wesley and Blanche Davis Stockman. He was retired from Greenwood Mills, Durst Plant and was a US Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Mathews Lodge A.F.M., was a Shriner and a member of Lupo Memorial United Methodist Church. Surviving is his daughter, Sammie S. Madden of Greenwood; two granddaughters, Tammie Madden Sorrow and Kristi Madden Henderson and her husband, Mike, and four great grandchildren.
