Bryan Christopher "Chris" Harter, 61, of Greenwood, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late James Preston Harter and Linda Bryan Harter. Chris, also known as the GOAT or Bondini and referred himself to be the "Body Man" was a talented collision technician and painter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Nascar and go-cart racing.

Surviving are his children, Dexter Harter and Trisha Moone; aunts, Linda McCaslin (George), Jo Ann Burroughs (Willis) and Carolyn Blackwell; stepsisters, Bonnie and Beth; and a grandson, Jackson Jacob Harter.

A memorial service will be held at 5pm on Thursday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends before the service from 4-5pm at the funeral home.
