Christine Butler Bishop White, 73, of 1125 Ninety Six Highway, wife of William Ray White, died Monday, November 17, 2014 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood County, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Annie Brown Butler. Christine was the owner and operator of Chris� Hair Fashions and was a charter member of South Greenwood Assembly of God. She was also a member of Blyth Road Flower Club and the Thursday night bowling league at Expo 300. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dicky Bishop; a daughter, Belinda Bishop Johnson; four sisters and a brother. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are three grandchildren: Meagan Christine Urban (David), Taylor Johnson and Will Johnson (Ashley); a great grandchild, Lucas Allen Johnson; step children: Craig White, Sherry Wise (Bo) of Lexington and Tonia White of Greenwood; step-grandchildren: Alex White, Tyler and Carl Wise; and fifteen nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Craig White, Bo Wise, Michael Hastings, Tim Hastings, Greg Hastings, Dean Butler and Wayne Litaker. Honorary escort will be the members of South Greenwood Assembly of God.
