Clara Mae Taylor Wright �Mimmie�, 80 of 806 Wright Avenue, widow of Wade Holloway Wright, Sr., died Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at her home. Born in Hodges, she was a daughter of the late William Henry Taylor and Mamie Hill Taylor. Clara retired from Greenwood Mills where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club and was of the Baptist faith. She was predeceased by two sisters, Susan Taylor Hogan and Estelle Taylor Wright; and a brother, William Henry Taylor, Jr. �Bill�. Surviving are two daughters, Patricia �Pat� (Wendell) Wright Hall and Jeannie (Terry) Wright Hughes, both of Greenwood; two sons, Wade (Diane) Holloway Wright, Jr. of Greenwood and Bruce (Tracy) Henry Wright of Hodges; a special granddaughter raised in the home, Melissa (Brooks) Manley Decker; a sister, Betty Gary of Hodges; a brother, Allen Taylor of Atlanta, GA; and grandchildren, Jennifer Elaine Wright of Hodges, Tanner (Amanda) Patrick Hall, Taylor Parnell Hall, Alan (Jennifer) Wade Wright, Allison Whitney Wright, Kristi (James) Hughes Long, Matthew (Candice) Wade Hughes, Ashley Elizabeth Hughes, Whitney Elizabeth Suazo-Hughes, Keri Michelle Wright, Kaleigh Morgan Wright, Jonathan Bruce Wright; a step granddaughter, Shannon Hughes; seventeen great grandchildren; and a special caregiver, Shannon Hairston. Pallbearers will be Tanner Hall, Taylor Hall, Matthew Hughes, Alan Wright, Jonathan Wright, Nicholas Long, Joseph Rodriguez and Mike Manley. Honorary escort will be Mark Cook, Jimmy Sexton, Dubie Brown, Jim Decker and William Kinney.
