Clyde S. Wise, 83, of 721 Laurel Avenue East, died Saturday, December 10, 2016 at his home.

Born in Ninety Six, he was the son of the late Homer Clyde Wise and Lucille Smith Wise. Clyde was in the National Guard and retired from Greenwood Mills- Harris Plant. He attended Jordan Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters Pamela Gardner and Carla Wise; a sister, Betty Jean Buff, all of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Brandie R. Jackson, Leland W. Scruggs and Garrett R. Spencer; six great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Services will be held at 12 pm on Tuesday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with the Rev. Andy Bowers officiating.
