Obituary
Curtis Eugene Johnson, 73, of 1548 Parkway, Apt. B1, died Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Hospice House.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Mino and Cleo Stone Johnson. He was employed by Greenwood Mills and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his son, Danny Johnson and his wife, Sherry, of Greenwood; his daughter, Jennifer Johnson Cockrell of Ninety Six; grandchildren, Pamela Johnson Cochrane and her husband, Walter, Daniel Trent Johnson and Megan Cockrell; great granddaughter, Caroline Cochrane; sister-in-law, Pat Johnson of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar and Billy Wayne Johnson.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Al Kissiah officiating.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
Memorials may be made to Piedmont Agency on Aging/ Meals on Wheels, PO Box 997, Greenwood, SC 29648.
