Daisy Dell Rowe Moore, 83, of 764 Watts Bridge Road, wife of Floyd Moore, Sr. died Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Hospice House of the Piedmont. Born in Richland County, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Lenora Gibson Rowe. Mrs. Moore retired from Lydia Cotton Mill after 35 years of service and was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family having outlived 13 siblings. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are a son, Floyd Moore, Jr. and his wife, Anita of Cross Hill; a daughter Carolyn M. Coursey and her husband, Jim of Greenwood; four grandsons, Brandon Moore, serving in Iraq, Josh Moore, Chris Moore and Will Moore; a granddaughter, Melissa Mayfield; three great granddaughters, Taylor Moore, Brooke Moore and Madison Mayfield; and three great grandsons, Cameron Shultz, Cayden Shultz and Harrison Moore. She was preceded in death by a son, James �Mo� Moore. Pallbearers will be F. L. McDowell, John McDowell, James McDowell, Mike McDowell, Ronnie Baughcome, James Hill, Willie Hill and Gerald Glanton.
