William Dalton Brown, 80, of 204 Burnett Road, wonderful husband of Amelia Earlene Revel Brown, died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at his home. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Iller and Helen Davis Brown. Dalton was a U. S. Army veteran and retired from Greenwood Mills-Mathews Plant where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a member of Callie Self Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of 52 years of the home are a son, Dan Arthur Brown; a daughter, Donna Rudelle Hall (Jay), both of Greenwood; two brothers, Gordon Brown (Brunell) of Greenwood and Charles Brown (Marie) of Abbeville; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
