Danny Elvis Miller, 63, of 314 Pinelake Drive, husband of Ann R. Miller, died Thursday, February, 5, 2015 at his home. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Robert Elvis Miller and Margaret Smith Miller. Danny was a U. S. Marine veteran and was a truck driver for Greenwood Motor Lines, Coca-Cola and Fuji Film. He was the director of Greenwood County Parks and Recreations in Ninety Six and Sumter County and loved living on the lake, which was his lifelong dream. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are three sons, Jamie Miller and wife Melinda, of Greenwood, William Miller and Lydia Richey of Charleston and Keith Stanley who is a happily confirmed bachelor of Greenwood; a daughter, Kristy Mabrey of Greenwood; two sisters, Sandra Carter and husband, Benny and Ann Clark and husband, Dennis, both of Greenwood; seven grandchildren, William Mabrey, �little� Jamie Miller, Daniel Mabrey, Taylor Mabrey, Chapin Miller, Taylor Bishop and Zac Bishop. The family is at the home.
